Photo Permit Request Form

Permits are ONLY available for booking between 10 am and 6 pm in 90-minute blocks.

Time and date requested are subject to availability and scheduling.

Monday to Friday: $325.00 Saturday/Sunday: $425.00 Once application is approved, payment will be directed to a secured payment link.

Payment is due prior to permit date, unless otherwise arranged. Permits are issued, rain or shine, with no refunds. Permit does not offer exclusive use of the Aga Khan Park. Other events or permits may be taking place on the same day. Vehicles are not permitted on any grassed or walkway areas. Drones are not permitted on the property. Reflective pools are drained from October to April (weather permitting, dates subject to change). This permit does NOT grant exclusive use for the outdoor spaces, and there may be setups/displays in particular areas of the park that we will not be able to confirm in advance. The permit is rain or shine - NO refunds or date changes. Photo permit window is 90 minutes total, including arrival and departure times. Weekday photo permit cost is $325 (HST exempt) / Weekend photo permit cost is $425 (HST exempt).  From May through Mid-October, weekend photo permit bookings can only happen between 9:00am-10:30am (1:00pm-9:00pm can only be booked 10 weeks prior to your desired date ). Maximum of 20 participants allowed in the photo session. NO indoor photography is permitted inside the Aga Khan Museum or the Ismaili Centre, Toronto. NO videography is permitted. No Smoking in the Park. NO drones are permitted on site. NO photography is permitted after the bridge by the lavender gardens. On-site parking is limited and not guaranteed. Parking is restricted to designated areas only and will be charged upon arrival ($10 per vehicle) – This is NOT included in the permit fee. Vehicles are not allowed on any grassed or walkway areas. Reflective pools are drained from mid-October to late April (weather permitting, dates subject to change). If there is an event in progress in the park, kindly do not intrude on the ceremony or private event in progress. The Aga Khan Park is located on 17-acres including: formal gardens, reflecting pools, stunning architecture, and a 1.6km trail – please utilize the spaces during the 90-minute session, there is more than enough room for everyone to share.
